Apple Storage were invited to share our experience in a seminar which is held by the HKACE. We have shared and learned about customer service with different participators; and talked about the experience that got from participating in the Top 10 SME event. We believed that valuable service comes from the heart.
The Lunar New Year Banquet of Apple Storage held successfully in last Saturday. We announced the result of Outstanding Employees Election 2012 in the same event. Everyone excited and shout for the joy of winners.
During the Lunar Chinese New Year (01 Feb to 28 Feb 2013), the “Charity Laisee Campaign” was organized by Hong Kong Christian Service for the sixth consecutive year. Laisee giving is a Chinese New Year custom, believed to bless the givers as well as the receivers. This Lunar Chinese New Year, the donation will be used for supporting the organization’s service for socially withdrawn youth. Apple Storage has participated in the charity activity for the third year to encourage donation of red packets at its branch stores. As we gather with our friends and relatives to have a happy time in the Chinese New Year for regards and greetings, we shall not forget to concern about the less privileged in our society. May we all donate a “laisee” for charity to bode well for a good start of the year!
Apple Storage has been awarded the “Top 10 SME Customer Service Excellence Award 2012” by HKACE. The association established in February 2000, the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) is a non-profitable professional organization led by customer service professionals and establishments. All the 12 founding members of HKACE are top notch service-oriented enterprise from different industries. We are all excited about our service quality recognized by the members of the association.
The 3rd Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship logo (SME Category) is awarded to Apple Storage. The program is organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education (CPCE), it is tasked to promote civic responsibilities among member corporates and to facilitate the company to create guidelines in order to influence all stakeholders to support sustainable social development in the business activities.
Apple Storage awarded “Caring Company” in 5 consecutive years by HKCSS. The program aim at to build a cohesive society by promoting strategic partnerships among business and social service partners and inspiring corporate social responsibility through caring for the community, employees and the environment.
